Phytotherapy or treatment with plants is one of the oldest ways of treating diseases and alleviating ailments. In addition, the daily use of plants can help us increase the quality of health and life. Today, phytotherapy is a complementary medical discipline based on tradition and scientific evidence.
The use of medicinal plants for any health purpose implies the transformation of one’s consciousness, and it requires, first of all, determination, and then great patience.
There is no perfect recipe for true health. One pill, just like one glass of tea, cannot bring the body back into balance, it cannot immediately bring change or improvement. In order for medicinal substances to have their effect, it is not enough just to use a certain preparation, but we have to change our habits. It is not easy to become aware that something we are doing is wrong, it is not easy to decide overnight that we will stop a bad habit and replace it with a new one.
Transformation is a process that very often hurts. But it’s really worth it. When we make better and better choices every day, we are already doing a lot on the way to healing or preserving health. When we nourish our soul, body and mind every day, when we exercise more, get more hours of sleep, laugh, hang out with dear people, these are some of the daily steps towards change. The point is that there is no instant solution or magic answer, and no magical herb.

It takes time for a herbal medicinal substance to produce a certain effect in the body. In the times we live in, people usually expect results within a couple of days, however, that’s not the way our body works. The body needs time to heal, to get rid of everything that bothers it, what is foreign to it, what is surplus to it, then it needs to accept all the good things that will help it in recovery.
The desired result can be achieved with a personalized approach, the correct selection of herbs, their preparations and dosage. It is a process that very often lasts for months. Nothing worthwhile comes overnight. Everything has its time, including healing, improvement and improving the quality of our life.
The use of medicinal plants is a lifelong prescription. Plants remind us that there is great potential in nature and in ourselves.
